New Refrigeration Case – $150/LF
- Replaces existing open multi-deck case with new reach-in multi-deck case.
- Must have ECM fan and T-8 lamps with electronic ballast.
- Must be self-contained without its own compressor.
- Length must be equal to or shorter than original case.

New Freezer Case – $200/LF
- Replaces existing open multi-deck case with new reach-in multi-deck case.
- Must have ECM fan and T-8 lamps with electronic ballast.
- Must be self-contained without its own compressor.
- Length must be equal to or shorter than original case.

Air-to-Evaporative-Cooled Condensers – $150/ton
- Replaces existing air-cooled condenser with evaporative unit.
- Must be sized under normal design practice.
- Refrigerant must condense at ~25°F above ambient wet-bulb temperature.

Strip Curtains – $3/sq-ft
- Install on doorways of walk-in freezers, coolers, or refrigerated warehouses.
- Replacement of existing functional strip curtains is not eligible.

Low/No Anti-Sweat Heat Doors – $50/door
- For low temperature reach-in display cases only.
- Replace standard glass doors with low/no anti-sweat heat doors.
- Doors must have 3+ panes, be heat reflective treated, gas filled, or both.

Anti-Sweat Heat Control – $14/LF
- Install humidity sensor to reduce/turn off anti-sweat heaters at low humidity.
- Equivalent condensation-sensing technologies may qualify.
- Cannot be combined with New Refrigeration or Freezer Case rebate.

Insulated Bare Suction Line
- For bare refrigeration suction lines ≤1-5/8 inches.
- Medium temp lines: 3/4" insulation; Low temp lines: 1" insulation.
- Outdoor insulation must be weather-protected.

- Split-system AC <5 tons: ≥15 SEER2 ($250) or ≥16 SEER2 ($500).
- Package AC <5 tons: ≥15 SEER2 ($250) or ≥16 SEER2 ($500).
- Heat pumps: Split – 15 SEER / 8.5 HSPF ($500); Packaged – 16 SEER2 / 8.2 HSPF ($500).

- Must be ENERGY STAR® certified.

Commercial Lighting – $0.10 per first-year kWh saved
- LED fixtures must be DLC listed; downlights must be ENERGY STAR® qualified.
- Occupancy sensors must be infrared/ultrasonic, hard-wired, and meet watt limits.
- Plug load sensors must control office/cubicle equipment.
- Rebate limited to 50% of project cost.

ENERGY STAR Commercial Pool Pump – $400
- Must be ENERGY STAR® certified and variable-speed.
- ≤10 horsepower, installed on new/existing in-ground pools.
- Used for primary filtration; limit 4 per account.

Agricultural Pump – $50/HP/pump
- Pumps must have VFD and be 26–300 HP.
- Must run ≥600 hours/year (5-year average).
- Eligible: submersible well, turbine well, booster pump, bowl change, VFD retrofit, motor size reduction, pump replacement.

Dairy Fan – $100/HP/fan
- Install new dairy fan with VFD or retrofit existing fan with VFD.
- Fans must be in freestall or milk barn and have thermal controls.

Custom Rebates – $0.08 per first-year kWh saved
- Retrofit and new construction eligible; savings calculated from code baseline.
- Rebate limited to 50% of total project cost.
