City and County of Denver - Rebates for Electrification Feasilibity Reports

Summary

The City of Denver provides rebates for existing buildings to perform an electrification feasibility report to help assess the costs of switching to heat pumps; electrification feasibility reports can be used to meet permitting requirements. The rebate is limited to commercial and multifamily buildings that are subject to Denver's electrification requirements. The city provides up to $1,000 for a report completed by an eligible contractor. The contractor can provider facilitation services including;

  • Technical support in selecting contractors for report services
  • Translation and interpretation support
  • Help with program processes and documents
  • Program navigation support
  • Help identifying other incentives and rebates
Facilitation service support is capped at 15 hours for standard buildings and 30 hours for equity priority buildings.
