The entire City of Aurora solar installation permit fee, which is up to $500 for residential properties and $1,000 for commercial properties, is eligible. Both the initial solar installation permit fee and the first plan review fee are eligible. Residential energy audit: $90 Commercial energy assessment: $200-$300 |

Equipment Requirements: |
Only solar electric (PV) and solar hot water heat systems installation permit fees are eligible. Properties must receive an energy audit from Xcel Energy prior to receipt of solar installation permit. Addresses will be verified. Any property owner with a project address outside of Aurora city limits will be denied a rebate. |
