JEA is offering low-interest loans for home energy efficiency improvements. In order to qualify, JEA customers must first contact a professional to perform a home energy audit. Then customers can choose from three lenders in order to receive a loan for any of the improvements recommended by the auditor. See the program website for contact information for each of the lenders. Program funding is expected to last through June 2013, but this date depends on program funding and utilization.
