The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities provides incentives for commercial customers to install, or upgrade, to energy-efficiency equipment in new and existing facilities. Rebates are available for electric and dual-fuel heat pumps, electric resistance heating systems, and new electric water heaters. Rebates can also apply to all-electric apartment units.
