PEPCO - Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Incentives Program

Summary

PEPCO provides a range of rebates for medium and large-scale businesses and industries in its service area. Rebates are available for a variety of equipment, including chillers, kitchen refrigeration, controls, HVAC, Variable Frequency Drives, and Lighting. Custom Rebates are also available. To meet the Medium and Large Business requirements, you must:

Be a Maryland business or nonprofit customer with a commercial electric account.
Have a monthly energy demand greater than 100 kW over the last 12 months.

Maximum Incentive:	Custom Incentives: Capped at 50% of total project cost (labor and materials). For New Construction and Major Renovation projects, incentives will be capped at 75% of incremental cost from baseline to installed equipment. Custom projects must pass the utility total resource cost (TRC) test.
