HELPS EV Charger Program

Summary

Home Energy Loss Prevention Services (HELPS) offers an incentive program for level 2 all-electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle chargers. This program is offered through multiple utilities. 

Customers from the following municipal utilities are eligible for a $200-$300 incentive for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles: Chicopee, Groton (up to $400), Sterling, Hull, Marblehead, Princeton, Shrewsbury, Sterling, Wakefield, and West-Boylston customers.

Customers from the following municipal utilities are eligible to receive a free level 2 charger for all-electric vehicles: Sterling, Chicopee, Holyoke (get to choose between a free charger or one-time $450 bill credit), Hull, Marblehead, Princeton, Shrewsbury, Sterling, Wakefield, and West-Boylston.
