See MassSave Programs NSTAR non-residential customers conducting new construction projects or undertaking a major renovation project are eligible to participate in the Construction Solutions Program. The program provides incentives for purchasing and installing high-efficiency equipment for use in commercial and industrial operations. NSTAR offers incentives of 90% of the incremental cost differential for comprehensive design or up to 75% of the incremental cost differential between standard base line and high-efficiency equipment.
