Austin Energy offers incentives for commercial customers to increase the energy efficiency of their facilities through the Commercial Rebate Program. Rebates are available for appliance and equipment upgrades, heating and cooling improvement measures, lighting, load management, new construction and property improvements. Details surrounding New Commercial Construction rebates may be found on this separate DSIRE program listing.
Incentives and relevant incentive categories are extensive. For a detailed review of incentive qualifications and eligibility requirements, see program website. A PDF brochure of their commercial rebate program may be found here, detailing the exact incentives offered. HVAC replacement incentives have a separate PDF, located here. The maximum combined rebate is $300,000 per customer site per fiscal year (October through September).
