The Light-Duty Motor Vehicle Purchase or Lease Incentive Program (LDPLIP) provides rebates across the state to people who purchase or lease new light-duty motor vehicles powered by a hydrogen fuel cell, compressed natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (propane), or other electric drive (such as plug-in or plug-in hybrid), along with conversion systems for compressed natural gas or propane.
