The City of St. George's Energy Services Department offers rebates to customers who purchase and install energy efficient measures in both existing homes and new construction. Note that rebates for the Energy Services Efficiency Program/New Construction Program follow a separate incentives schedule than the Existing Homes Program. All participants must be in the SGESD's service territory. The program incentives cover attic insulation, wall insulation, air conditioning units, pool pumps, and whole house HERS ratings. Each measure installed eligibly will receive a predetermined incentive amount. Participants must see equipment and eligibility requirements for each measure before installation. The rebate amounts may vary depending on whether home is newly constructed or an existing home. Contractors may also participate in the program. Contact the City of St. George's Energy Services Department, Questar Gas or see program website listed above for program information not found here. See respective applications for other guidelines and requirements.
