Summary

Black Hills Energy offers its Residential New Construction Program to promote the construction of new energy-efficient ENERGY STAR single and multi-family homes by providing rebates to new home builders for various energy efficiency measures. There are two paths that a builder seeking rebates can take. The Prescriptive Path and the Performance Path which provide whole home incentives.
