“I absolutely love this company. We have been with them a month, and it's so affordable. It was very easy to switch, they notified us of the switch so they took care of everything quickly. I love the feature where you can actually see how much energy you use daily and even look back at past days. Plus they have many ways to save money. I am very happy I switched. ”

“So far so good. The transition from my previous provider was seamless. They show you a projected bill view which is nice so I’m prepared. I wish there was a chat support feature through the My Account page. It would be cool if they had an app too. ”

“Rhythm, didn't inform me that there was a switch hold on my account from previous energy company. Until the previous energy turned off power. But Rhythm has taken deposit on 2/10/2023 we didn't get service until 3/1/2023. 20 days later, they didn't let us know anything. ”

“They asked that I write a review just after signing up, so here goes. The experience was okay, but not great. First of all, there was no option for me to choose the date service would start, which is potentially problematic. Then I followed the link to create a login but there was no option to do so. I eventually figured out you have to use your email and click "forgot password." Again, not user-friendly. Then the site asked if I wanted to choose the due date for my bill but when I followed that link there was no option to do so. Actually, after talking it through, that was an unnecessarily poor experience. ”
